The two year academic plan of Reliance Latur Pattern is designed by Academic Department. The motive is to support and assists the individual students in achieving their goals.
The Role of the Academic Department is to provide leadership, direction and Co-ordination within the College. To maintain effective educational programs with the two year plan Academic Calendar, Exams and Students Daily schedule is designed.
Academic is running efficiently under the guidance of Academic and Administrative section. With 18 years of Experience detailed annual Plan is designed.
For this regular staff meeting have been held for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters.
Perfect time table is designed by Feedback Section under the guidance of Academic and Administrative section. Class lists and Supervision Schedules are also designed under the guidance of Academic and Administrative section.
The Academics and Administrative Department establishes appropriate procedures for proper study materials, textbooks, Equipment.
For Completion of Syllabus from the different streams NEET, JEE, NDA, CET, Boards syllabus, Faculties are divided under each stream and subject wise topics are distributed to each for Common Syllabus Program.
Syllabus completion in time with student satisfaction is our target. Also revision of every topic with tests ensues the good results and achievements.
Bifocal Subjects like Crop – Science, Computer Science and all second Language (Hindi, Marathi, and Sanskrit) Syllabuses also will be completed within the time.
Exams are a form of learning activity. They can enable students to see the material from a different perspective. They also provide feedback that students can then use to improve their understanding. To identify weaknesses and correct them.
As exams develop them as an individual, give values, extraordinary thinking, self-assessment, overcome failures, filling them with positivity to improve the quality of education. Exams help every teacher to understand the mental capacity of the students and to rectify their shortcomings
Daily Schedules for Students
For Convenience of studies NEET, JEE, CET, N.D.A separate batches are maintained with each separate time – table implementation is also strictly followed.
With Syllabus completion Revision Round starts before exams, minimum two times revision is essential for strengthen the Knowledge of topics.
Feedback Section and CET (Common Examination Tests) cell has the responsibility to check whether the syllabus is Completed / Covered the Topics with each level (NEET / JEE / Board / NDA).
CET cell is the department where the growth and progress of individual students is essential, for the sake of keeping these results in view, individual students counseling is given to the students wherever and whenever necessary.
For improvement in scores of weekly & term exams, time to time CET cell arranges the meetings of the students to motivate good rank holders and to improve slow runners, paper level assessment, displaying Answer key and results of exams on time and other chore duties.
All the above process – Collecting analyzing and interpreting information runs smoothly to check what extent students are achieving instructional objectives.
